Bank FAQ's

In order to complete an application with our Banker you'll need...

• Your formation document that's on file with the secretary of state where you're registered

• An international passport for each founder or majority owner of the company, Only a Single majority owner of the company can operate the account.

• Your IRS-issued EIN document (Form CP575, Form 147c, Completed SS-4, or a screenshot of your EIN number confirmation from the IRS's website)

• Companies/Domain Email ID (e.g. yourname@yourdomain.com)

• USA Virtual Address Not a PO BOX (We Recommend AnyTimeMailBox as they give you proper invoice) We can give you assistance in account setup too, but you need to pay for that service which is extra.

• Mobile Phone Number (USA or even your home county)

• Your countries resident address

If you or one of your business partners lives or significantly operates in one of the following countries, we apologize, as we cannot offer you an account. Our bank partner does not offer business services to a select list of higher risk countries or countries with US sanctions.

Our Banking partner allows you to deposit checks directly through your accounts dashboard. Checks can take up to 5 business days to process and clear, and then will be available in your account.

Please note that check deposits are not enabled for brand new accounts; you'll need to fund your account and have some transaction history before these can be enabled. Or Share the Invoice and the corresponding check. Also, there is a limitation on account

Important: Our Banking partner don't accept mailed physical checks for deposit.

To deposit a check, click "Send Money" > "Add Funds", then you'll see a check option.
